The Rolling Ice Experience
Nothing here is pre-made. Liquid cream is poured onto a steel plate chilled far below freezing, chopped with your mix-ins, spread paper-thin, then scraped into rolls while you watch.
It takes a couple of minutes per cup, and it is genuinely worth standing there for. That's the whole point — the dessert is the show.
