The shop
Rolling Ice makes rolled ice cream to order. Liquid base goes onto a frozen steel plate, gets chopped and spread with the mix-ins by hand, then scraped up into rolls and stood in a cup — every order built in front of the customer rather than scooped from a tub. The menu runs from signature rolled cups through waffles, milkshakes and fried ice cream.
The shop sits on West Park Row Drive, which puts it inside a short walk of UTA and straight across the road from Arlington High — a location that shapes who comes through the door and when.
Beyond the counter
Under Khanzada, Rolling Ice also caters across the Dallas–Fort Worth area — birthdays, graduations, weddings, corporate events and campus dates — with the plate brought on site so guests watch their own cups being rolled. The shop runs a rewards card as well: seven visits and the eighth is free.
